Subscription data is stored online for the sole purpose of sending out newsletters.

None of this data is ever passed to third parties.

Paper and electronic copies (if paying by card) as well as entries in the accounts are stored for 7 years as per HMRC regulations.

The website stores your IP address solely to provide geographical information to show how many visitors come from each country.

If you are a business, please make sure the person who signs the invoice has consent to remove equipment from your building for repair, as signing the invoice is legally binding.

By signing the invoice, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, which are printed on the reverse of your invoice as well as on this website.

I am not responsible for lost data if you haven’t performed a recent backup. Any backups I make in the process are wiped securely at the end of each job.
